Operating models for the age of AI
Redesigning how teams decide, prioritise, coordinate and learn so technology and AI strengthen the business rather than add another layer of noise.
Product, operations & digital transformation
I am a product, operations and digital-transformation leader with experience in supply-chain, industrial and data-heavy environments. I help organisations turn digital ambition into working systems: clearer decisions, better operating models, scalable products and focused tools that reduce effort and improve the return on investment.
My work sits where strategy meets execution. I am interested in the hard part after the presentation: how a business allocates capacity, makes trade-offs, coordinates product and commercial work, uses evidence and builds the habits that make improvement repeatable.
Redesigning how teams decide, prioritise, coordinate and learn so technology and AI strengthen the business rather than add another layer of noise.
Building products, propositions and commercial systems that create repeatable value—not bespoke work that becomes harder to maintain with every customer.
Making choices visible: what to fund, what to stop, what each commitment displaces and how success will be measured after delivery.
Turning fragmented documents, specifications, commercial data and operational signals into structured, source-linked evidence for decisions that cannot wait for a long transformation programme.
How I think
“A vision that never changes day-to-day decisions is not a strategy. It is wind without sails.”
A business can be busy without becoming more scalable. When meetings multiply, work is duplicated, product releases have no commercial owner and every urgent request becomes a commitment, the organisation is consuming capacity without building an asset.
The test is straightforward: does the work being done today make the next unit of revenue, service or product delivery easier—or harder? Healthy businesses reduce the effort needed to create the next unit of value. They turn effort into systems that compound.
AI changes the speed at which work can happen, but it does not fix a fragmented operating model. AI amplifies the organisation already in place. The starting question is not “Where can we deploy AI?” It is “What must become simpler, faster and more repeatable for this business to scale?”
My work has included global replenishment logic in pharmaceutical supply chains, inventory-network and replenishment systems at Ocado, product and operating-model work in supply-chain and compliance technology, and the design of scalable B2B products and decision systems.
The environments have differed. The underlying problem has not: convert fragmented demand, information and local incentives into a shared system that can make better decisions at scale.
I founded ProductDataOps as the consulting practice through which I deliver digital transformation work with organisations. ProductDataOps helps complex businesses become simpler to run and easier to scale by improving how teams decide, prioritise, build, sell and learn—and by developing focused AI-enabled tools where they remove real friction.
This personal site shows the experience and thinking behind the work. ProductDataOps explains the practice, the engagement model and how to start.
